To all U.S. Federal Employees,
My Wife Ruth A. Leichter needs your help. She had fusion lower back surgery in August and is still recovery from it.

She has run out of sick leave and needs annual leave donated through the
Leave Donor Program to her so she can have a few more weeks to recover. 

Please fill out the Form at http://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/opm630b.pdf using Ruth A. Leichter as the recipient, click HERE for further information to place in recipient block. Please print out the form and submit it through your organization's Human Resouce office.
