Jan 6 Tue- Rally in support of the people of Israel

Rally in support of the people of Israel on Tuesday January 6th at 12:30 pm at the Israeli Embassy-3514 International Dr. NW Washington DC. This is off of Reno or off of Connecticut (VanNess is the cross street between the two; the embassy is much closer to Reno).

Please help spread the word spread about this rally which is sponsored by an Interdenominational Group of Rabbis in the Greater Washington Area.

Adat Reyim Preschool Registration for 2009-2010 is underway!

We have openings in our 2 Year Old, 3 Year Old, 4 Year Old, and Pre-K Classes for the 2009-2010 School Year! (Congregation Adat Reyim is located in Springfield, Virginia, right outside of Burke.)

What makes Adat Reyim Preschool the preferred choice?

  • New classrooms in the newly built wing.
  • Generously sized classrooms with new furnishings, state of the art facilities, and bathrooms.
  • Computers in the classrooms.
  • New playground, designed by parents and teachers, specifically designed for 21 month-5 year olds.
  • Excellent student to teacher ratios. Typical ratio for the 2 year olds is 4:1, for the 3 year olds 5:1, and for the 4 year olds 6:1, and for the Pre-K 7:1 .
  • An open policy on diapers. Potty training should take place according to the child's schedule, not the schools.
  • Fulfilling ways to learn about our heritage along with our children.
  • Experienced teachers.
  • Small, intimate classes assure personal attention.
  • Warm, nurturing environment.
  • Active participation in making the Jewish holidays come alive.
  • Developmental programs allow children to learn at their own rate.
  • Parent Enrichment Programs.
  • After School Child Enrichment Programs.
  • Baby and Me Playgroup.
  • Monthly "Tot Shabbat" Services.
  • Summer Camp Program.
  • Reduced rate Synagogue Membership offered to all Preschool families.

For more information call Gail Froehlich, our Preschool Director, at 703-455-PLAY, or email her at preschool@adatreyim.org.

We would love for you to come visit us for a tour of our school at Congregation Adat Reyim, 6500 Westbury Oaks Court, Springfield, VA 22152.
