After asking for information from their store in Fairfax, this is their reply:

I am writing to respond to the letter you wrote our consumer affairs department in regards to our Kosher meat deliveries. Here are some quick bullet points:

• We received Chicken and Turkey Wednesday of each week.
• Beef, Bison and Lamb come Thursday of each week.
• In regards to the lamb shoulder . . . I spoke to our buyer in the office and our supplier does not carry the lamb shoulder that you have been looking for. We are in the process of trying to resource it but I cannot give you a timetable as to when it will come back.
